By using our website or Services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with them, please refrain from using the relevant Services.

02. Products & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and prices. Minor differences in color or appearance may result from screen settings or product packaging updates.

All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued.

03. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. Changes will not normally affect previously confirmed orders, except where a lawful correction or cancellation is required.

04. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or another available communication channel. An automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

Orders may be reviewed, limited or cancelled for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability.
• Obvious pricing or technical errors.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Any cancellation and related refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

05. Payment

We accept available electronic payment methods through authorized providers, including Geidea, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where offered.

Payment card information is processed by the relevant payment service providers. Nour Cosmetics does not directly store complete payment card details.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable after shipment, subject to applicable consumer protection rights and circumstances such as incorrect or defective products.

06. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are generally 1–3 business days within Cairo and 2–4 business days for other Egyptian governorates, depending on the destination and shipping provider.

Delivery estimates may change due to courier operations, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Applicable legal obligations remain unaffected.

International shipping is not currently available.

07. Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used cosmetics and personal care products may be subject to return restrictions, except where the law provides otherwise.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact customer support promptly, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

Photos or an unboxing video may help us review a claim, but the absence of a video does not automatically remove statutory consumer rights.

08. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
• Keep account login credentials confidential.
• Follow product instructions and warnings.
• Contact customer support if you identify an issue with your order.

Delivery issues caused by inaccurate customer information will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

09. Intellectual Property

Website content, including Nour Cosmetics branding, original photographs, graphics, text and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content owned by Nour Cosmetics may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nour Cosmetics is not responsible for losses arising solely from misuse of products contrary to their instructions or for indirect losses for which liability may lawfully be excluded.

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions for operational, commercial or legal reasons. Updated terms will be published on our website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Disputes will be handled by the competent Egyptian courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection and jurisdictional rules.
