We accept secure online payments through our authorized payment providers, including Paymob, as well as Cash on Delivery (where available).

Nour Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.

Nour Cosmetics is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

الشروط والأحكام

مرحبًا بكم في متجر Nour Cosmetics.

باستخدام هذا الموقع أو إتمام أي عملية شراء، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية.

1. الطلبات

• جميع الطلبات تخضع لتأكيد التوفر وقبول الطلب.
• يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في إلغاء أي طلب في حالة وجود خطأ في السعر أو نفاد المنتج أو وجود اشتباه في عملية الدفع.

2. الأسعار

• جميع الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري.

• يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ولا يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها بالفعل.

3. وسائل الدفع

نقبل وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني المتاحة عبر Paymob، بالإضافة إلى الدفع عند الاستلام إذا كان متاحًا للمنطقة الخاصة بالعميل.

4. الشحن والتوصيل

• يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال الفترة الموضحة بالموقع.
• تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب المحافظة وشركة الشحن.
• لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن أو ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة.

5. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• يمكن طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال المدة الموضحة في سياسة الاسترجاع.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، وبجميع ملحقاته وتغليفه الأصلي.
• لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة أو المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام، إلا إذا كان بها عيب تصنيع.

6. المنتجات

نسعى إلى عرض صور ووصف المنتجات بأعلى درجة من الدقة، وقد تختلف الألوان قليلًا حسب شاشة الجهاز المستخدم.

7. حسابات العملاء

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية صحة البيانات المدخلة عند إنشاء الحساب أو إتمام الطلب، كما يتحمل مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول.

8. الملكية الفكرية

جميع الصور والتصميمات والشعارات والمحتوى الموجود على الموقع مملوك لـ Nour Cosmetics، ولا يجوز استخدامه أو إعادة نشره دون موافقة كتابية.

9. حدود المسؤولية

لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو الناتجة عن سوء استخدام المنتجات أو استخدامها بطريقة تخالف التعليمات.
